Jenna Agricola

A city girl from Vermont, Jenna Agricola is a queer poet with an appreciation for the simple beauty of nature in an urban space. Currently, she is attending San Jose State University to pursue her MLIS in Library Sciences, as she grows herself as a writer and student. Her work can be found in Hickory Playground’s Quarantine Diaries, as well as in her digital chapbook, Laundromat, and her text-based adventure game, The Manor.

Jenna Agricola’s first chapbook combines choose-your-own adventure style storytelling with her first dive into sound design. Focusing on the intersection of mental health, cleanliness, and doing your chores, Laundromat explores Jenna’s personal relationship with the laundry room.

Regardless of who you are, you still have to wash your clothes at some point. Everyone has dirty laundry.
